ART DIGITAL FILE PREPARATION SPECS

Thank you for selecting us to produce your new trade show graphics. We want to work together to produce the very best possible finished product. You, the customer, are responsible to provide us with ready to output artwork by following the guidelines below. Guidelines (indicated below are the acceptable digital formats and applications):

• Build digital artwork at 25% of actual size using MacIntosh® Compatible Files ready to output o large format printers.
• Create artwork & layouts in Adobe Illustrator as an EPS or PDF file if possible, alternately in Adobe PhotoShop as a JPEG or .tif file.
• Use outlines for all text. Use vector files if possible for Adobe Illustrator EPS files.
• Provide files in either RGB or CMYK color mode.
• Save bitmap files at 25% of actual size at 300 dpi.
• Images are to be built to fit the printable image without masks or bleeds extending beyond the printable area.
• Place all images do not link.
• Include letter size (8.5"x 11" hard copies of artwork for color proofing and to show what image will look like at full size.
• Please be sure your artwork is correct and accurate. We will make technical adjustments necessary for accurate sizing to large format reproduction. However, color manipulation or file manipulation is NOT included. Also because we may not be familiar with your industry terminology, we are not responsible for errors in spelling or punctuation.
• Do not seperate panels for multiple panel large images - this will be done automatically in rip software.
• Provide Adobe Illustrator vector artwork only for all throw cover one or two color graphics.
  
• Note: If a preview sample is not contracted, whatever artwork is sent to us will be output without any hard copy approval process. If a preview sample is contracted, you will be provided a sample printed on the material and color of the final output. If the preview sample color reproduction is not acceptable, color correction will need to be done by the client. We price our graphics to print customer provided digital artwork or photography, ready to output. We accept e-mail, CD, DVD or other digital file media approved by Banana Displays and require a minimum of 5 working days after receipt of acceptable digital files and approved color preview before the final product is completed. RUSH orders (less than 5 total production days), may require a preview waiver and may be subject to rush charges. 5 production days starts the day that the acceptable artwork files are received at Banana Displays and do not include weekends or holidays.

TERMS, WARRANTIES & RATINGS

Terms: All purchases are pre-paid unless over $5,000, then 50% deposit and 50% COD terms are available. All displays have a one year workmanship warranty. All materials used to construct the exhibits and displays have approved trade show fire ratings. Special light fixtures may be required for certain venues in Las Vegas please advise your sales representative.
